mobilized in order to help prevent a disaster, it cannot be done
simultaneously, and people could be left out of the help effort
For these
reasons alone (and there are many more) such an alert system is necessary, and
we are ready to discuss about it and custom build it for your exact needs.
Our proud forefathers, the dacians, used
signal fires and tulnics (loud whistles)… and won precious time in their battles
with other people or with nature.
